At Ovako, we are dedicated to diversifying our workforce, particularly by boosting the presence of women
As we mark the celebration of International Women's Day worldwide, it's our pleasure to introduce you to the extraordinary women at the heart of our company, pioneering a transformation in the steel industry toward a more modern and relevant era.
Traditionally, steel has been a domain dominated by men, characterized by its demanding physical labor and male-centric culture. However, with the rise of technological advancements, the steel industry is undergoing significant transformation.
At Ovako, we are dedicated to diversifying our workforce, particularly by boosting the presence of women. This journey towards inclusivity and innovation has only just begun.
