Ovako will publish its financial report for the first quarter of 2016 at 07:30 CET on April 27.

Johan Ryrberg is appointed new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and EVP Group Finance, IT and Purchasing at Ovako, with effect from 16 May 2016. Johan Ryrberg replaces Marcus Hedblom, who was appointed CEO for the group in November 2015.

Ovako today publishes its annual report for 2015.

The Board of Directors of Ovako, a leading European engineering steel manufacturer, has appointed Marcus Hedblom as new President and CEO with immediate effect. He will succeed Tom Erixon, who has been appointed President and CEO at Alfa Laval, as earlier announced.

Ovako, a leading European producer of engineering steel, will have a new President and CEO as Tom Erixon has been appointed as President and CEO at Alfa Laval, a leading global provider of specialized products and engineering solutions based on its key technologies of heat transfer, separation and fluid handling. The process of identifying a new CEO of Ovako is ongoing and is anticipated to be closed shortly. Tom Erixon will continue as CEO until a successor has been appointed.
